Goals

The goal of Paul Wimp at Heartland Better Hearing is to make everyone hear to the best of his or her ability and to get a hearing aid that matches your lifestyle. Part of our goal is not to sell you the newest greatest thing that's still untested but to sell you a hearing aid which is reliable with the sound quality that you desire and will last while giving you the fewest possible problems. The national average on hearing aids is 3 years, I do my best to help them last between 5 - 7 years.

With the newer digital technology, 5 to 7 years is conservative, we really do not know how long they will last. In 2007, we had over 3 dozen sets of hearing aids that was replaced that were between 9 and 11 years old.

We know that your time is valuable, we do our best to get each and every person in and the needs seen to before you leave our office in a timely and orderly fashion. I also do "house calls" (for those unable to travel to my office), we try to schedule around those times to where the wait time is minimal if any.

We are here to fulfill your needs and make this experience the best that we possibly can.

Thank you,

Paul D. Wimp
